What can I expect when I schedule an appointment?
We will follow up with a confirmational call, text or email. We will also do a preliminary question and answer so we can properly prepare for the consult. We will also see how much time you will require to satify the consult period. Consultation fees are calculated by the hour.
What comes with a scheduled consultation?
A professional IM4D expert will look through your entire company and assess your needs and wants. We will answer your questions and give you multiple options. We will also give you an idea of pricing or quotes so you can make the right decision.
What should I have ready for my scheduled consultation?
Have a list of questions that you would like us to go over and answer for you. Be ready for our consultant to access the system and equipment in question. If new systems or service is involved, please have a list of wants and needs so our consultant can properly advise you.
What can I expect from my consultant?
A friendly and knowledgable person that will explain everything to you in a way that you can understand. We will not use a bunch of computer language to confuse you.
Can I have my broken computer or equipment fix immediately?
Yes, if the consultant has the time, the parts and feel that it can be accomplished on-site. If not, we can take the system with us and repair it off-site in a timely manner.
Can I start a service or make the next appointment for services?
Yes, the on-site consultant does have the ability to work with you on your needs depending on any time constraints.
